bank closing issue

Hi not sure it has been mentioned anywhere else but something strange happened

my bank was in huge losses so I decided to close every branch and then the bank HQ as asked.
It had 14MM deposit and 0 loans (hence the losses) and asked me to transfer money to the bank before being able to close the bank HQ so I took some bonds and transfered 20 MM then closed bank HQ

it then returned me 34 MM but i have a negative 14MM in bank assests even though i dont have any bank anymore???

Is it a bug or did I miss something ? (tbf i was expecting deposits would have been returned without any transfer needed...)
I would have thought deposits would have been returned and bank accounts were cleared

It may be best if you could provide a save game just before you close the bank so we can directly look at what happens when you demolish the bank.
