Small feature request guiding ai

I've started a company and created substeries however trying to make it like real life where I start a shop chain for example in the UK we have Currys pc world and in America we have Tesla. I want to make it so the companies use the correct type of shop that suits the products they sell. Auto shop for Tesla and Currys pc build electronic stores selling home appliances and electronics.

So what I'm asking is can a feature come in where we can pick the buildings we only want them to build such as supermarket,flowershop,electronic store etc as the current way doesn't work that well in terms of just picking the product type Thanks Dave for your response

Do you mean something like prohibiting certain store types? Like if they sell only Livestock Products they should only have Supermarkets (even if it is possible to also sell Livestock Products in Discount/Department Stores, General Stores, etc)?

I also suggest that you create a poll for your suggestion to gauge the community's interest in it. There would be a higher chance that the dev team will implement it if the interest level is high.
