Issue to validate again my DLCs on my account plus issue to launch a game at all and reset password issue

Hi,

After some times (2 years) i was in mood to play again to capitalism labs on a fresh windows 11 install so i looked back in my mails to find the registration mail after the initial buy and downloaded the installer.

After finding back my user name and the password (any attempt to reset the password fail, in the case where this one is not the good one, receiving nothing at all in my mailbox, dunno why), i launched the executable, so far so good, i was in the menu.
But there i saw 2 issues:

1/ I cannot launch a game at all when i click anything after "play game", i see scenario, custom game etc but the game don't answer at all in any of them and so i cannot even play the base game.

2/When i look in the DLC menu i have no option to put "on" the DLCs i bought back in the time and when i attempt to register them again, i have just a "already registered". I don't know why they aren't automatically linked to my account and don't know how to have them back.

Maybe it's linked to a bad password but in that case i would like to be able to receive the reset password mail (****@gmx.fr) I precise i am able to connect to my account on https://www.capitalismlab.com/

Thanks! I didn't receive your mail but i am able to connect anyway with my account now and play to the game, DLCs and mods all fine.

I think it was an issue on my side with closed ports, i tried with another IP and all works as intended now

Thanks for your answer, i will dive a little in the game, maybe try the financial DLC as well too
