MY SUGESTION

You will receive offers only when your company or subsidiary is private.

In the game's configuration menu you will have the option to choose whether or not you want to receive offers for your companies when they are private.

This feature would be available to those who have the "Subsidiary DLC".

Why just private subsidiaries? I would extend it to public subsidiaries as well

great idea my dear friend, i only suggested when your company is private, because i like to make all the decisions.

My suggestion would be that if this option is extended to publicly traded companies, if you do not own 75% of the shares, you cannot decide on the proposal. In that case, it will be up to the CEO.
