Public View of internal dev plan

I suggest making visible the development plans etc using Trello or whatever product you use.

This would be beneficial as

- players would know what bugs have been reported/are known about,
- players would know what bugs the devs wanted further information about
- players would know when bugs were planned to be fixed, thus preventing progress chases
- players would know what new features were planned, allowing more targeted feedback and suggestions
