Progress of scenarios

Hi.
I have some question regarding progress of made scenarios.
How is the progress of scenarios stored? I mean if scenario is already completed or not.
Because I came back to game after some break (1 year or smth) and my progress is gone.
I think it should be connected to online profile not in local files.
So if u play from another computer on your game account you have your scenerios progress.
I dont talk about save games itself but only if some scenario or tutorial is completed or not.
Same with challenges.

You can find the file storing the progresses of scenarios in C:\Users\<Your Windows username>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SCENARIO.DAT
