Stock split IPO glitch

With the addition of stock splits there is a glitch when the game is paused and you do many stock splits on a company, if you then go to IPO this company it will be able to IPO for in many cases hundreds of trillions until unpaused.

This glitch has been fixed in the latest version 6.4.13.
