My Retail not buying from Factories

I setup some factories for home appliances to sell in my shops, but the shops are not buying from the factory. When i view clients from the factory my shops have zero purchases. However other companies are buying from the factory. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

Your barbeque is -44 product rating so no one will want to buy them. I suggest getting some R&D on bbqs and also lower the price in the factory to say cost + 10%.

You will need a product rating of around 49 in your retail stores for it to sell.
