Another bugs on R&D

In my savegame (i have sent it to you),

You can see that the level of R&D of Camera is very very high (22 000), which is quite impossible.
Secondly even when i try to buy 300 or 400 tech, the price is ridiculously low (max is 8M). You should multiply this price by 10.

Lastly, if you look at the products, you would see that many products are very very high in tech (the first, air conditioner is at 1800).

I have verified that R&D disruption worked, and it works. But the level of disruption is very low. Perhaps you should verify with my savegame if it works correctly, because i think that reaching such a high level is not normal.

A tech-focused AI company whose expert product class is photography products has made a string of breakthroughs in Camera R&D, which led to the high tech level.

You may enable AI trade secret display in future games you play to see this more clearly.

It's not only the amount of R&D (even with disruption, it can reaches a very high level and not only in camera). It's also that this level of tech is only sold at 8M which is very very low compared to the asset it is.
