I was able to load your Challenge game successfully without any crashes.
Did the problem happen every time when you tried to load the challenge game?
How many files are there in your folder C:\Users\<your Windows user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\CHALLENGE ?
If you have more than one file, there may be a corrupted file that caused the error.
