Why even Wal-Mart can't succeed in Capitalism Lab

Below is observations/suggestion of issues that exist in the game that prevent a player and/or Wal-Mart from being able to run a successful pure-play retail business. While no one who plays Capitalism Lab every do a pure-play retail business I think fixing the flaws will lead to a better game and more competent AI. Let's get started.

1. AI Suppliers Don't Scale With Their Customers.

AIs supplier once their factories meet max capability to go to internal sale and don't allow any additional purchasing units to connect to their max out factory. In addition to doing this the AIs should open another factory to manufacture the same product and if both are maxed then move to a warehouse (maybe the AI should just setup a factory and warehouse before reselling) and connect both factories. I think the biggest limiting factor is the unit lvl stuck at 9 and one factory can't handle huge loads. Addressing this issue could also make private labeling a real option especially at the start of the

2. AIs don't take into account avg cost for their retailers

I know its Capitalism but from my understanding suppliers IRL understand that if a retailer can't make decent margins they are going to find another supplier. For Capitalism Lab if the AI can take an avg of cost of stores which resale their product and + by say 30% and make that the price they set at their store which will then make it the agreed pricing for all retailers. So often they set the price in their own stores .20-.30 cents below what my retail cost is because they know they can make their profit via the factory.

These I think are the two MAJOR issues (supply/demand / manufactured agreed pricing) that prevents the ability for players and/or wal-mart from succeeding in Capitalism Lab as a pure retailer.

AI's also don't tend to build a chain of specialty stores except they tend to use big box and then leather, sport goods but never just say we're going to be a specialty stores(what I do) and just build specialty stores only.
