Suggestion: Parent company to buy land for subsidiary

Suggestion: Parent company should be able to buy land for subsidiary using the subsidiary excess cash so that a real estate zone can be setup for the subsuidiary, instead of subsidiary putting residential and commercial buildings all over the place with no strategy.
