The login, Could the password remember check box

Always be checked after we check it once. till we uncheck it.

Also some how make it to where we can read the change notes on launcher, after you click log in the game starts. And can't move login window and scroll the launcher.

Currently you only have to check the [ ] Remember Password checkbox once and the password will be remembered.

You only have to check it again if you change your password and want the launcher to remember the new password.
