Download area login not working?

I cannot log into the Cap lab download area, even after resetting my password 4 or 5 times.
I've tried with both my username and email address (and the new password), but every time fails

Is there a problem?

Which browser did you use? Perhaps you can try Firefox and see if it works for you.

Thanks for the offer, but I think it may have been a site bug, now fixed

I mailed support who sent me a direct download link to the exe
But at this point I was also able to log into download area too

I was using Chrome on Mac
