Duplicate Firm?

Hello, everyone!

As my forum search didn't help, I hope someone here can...

When I recently wanted to relocate a firm of mine, I noticed that the help-text that pops up when one holds his mouse over a button for a few seconds, said "relocate or duplicate firm". There has been some discussion on duplicating firms on the forum, even a poll if a duplicate-firm-feature should be part of the game - and obviously it got into the game, but how do I use it? How can I actually duplicate a firm?
