Retail Space of your Apartment & Office Builds able to be leased by compeititors

As someone who only plays this game to build commercial real estate. It would be great to allow other companies to be able to lease your ground floor retail space like a shopping mall works, but only have space for what is allowed of course.

I also thought about that, having your competitors lease your apartment and office space for their shops. That would indeed be a good idea and make sense especially when we can do it already with shopping malls.

I actually didn't like the retail on the first floor idea cuz I don't use the retail space myself however I think it'd be really cool if we could lease it out.
