DLC's disappeared in my account

Hi I did a bit of hard drive cleaning on my computer and installed latest release 12.0.68
and after logging and trying to start a new game I noticed my DLC's had disappeaed...
It now says "Buy DLC"...

Can you reset my account how it was please?

Please be informed that when DLCs are not recognized, it could be due to connection problems with the game server.

Are you using any anti-virus software that runs in background? If so, there is a possibility that the firewall of such anti-virus software or Windows Defender may be blocking the game’s communication with the game server. You may check your anti-virus software’s user manual for how to add Capitalism Lab to one of its approved apps to avoid being blocked by the firewall.

For example, if you are using Avast, you can add Capitalism Lab’s EXE file “CapMain.exe” into Avast’s exception list (white list) to prevent it from blocking the game.

Please make sure that you add “CapMain.EXE” (the main program) instead of “CapStart.EXE” (the game launcher) to the exception list.

it was my (new) work VPN...
turning it off made dlcs come back!

Ok it does it again with v12.0.82 even when i shut down my vpn it logs in but my dlc are absent

with old vrersion launcher it says invalid certificate...

that actually means we cant play offline that s weird....

Could you capture a screenshot showing 'invalid certificate' and post it here. Then I will forward it to dev team so that they can look into it.
