I want an option to start all private AI tech and OS and Telecom companies as public stock companies.

At the start, funds will be raised from the market just like other companies.
This means that players will have the opportunity to acquire companies in the same way as with other firms.
In the current setting, once a company goes public through an IPO, it becomes difficult to acquire.

What kind of gameplay does this option allow?
As I recall, in IT companies, when they go public, the owner usually holds most of the shares, so under the current system, whether the company is private or public, the gameplay doesn’t really change.

Telecoms and operating system companies also have abundant assets, and even if they go public in a few years, I don’t think they would raise funds from the market.

For internet and software companies, private ownership allows for the option of full buyouts. On the contrary, by not going public, the players actually gain more choices.
