i wonder if it is a bug
when the bank capital ratio is higher then the required bank capital ratio, i still cant transfer and fund from the bank
Maybe bank bug?

You will be restricted from transfer fund from your bank to your corporation when the bank capital ratio is LOWER than the required bank capital ratio.
