Testing out the COO setting for looking for better products and I have a mega department store selling chairs and a bed with little to no sales and AI is not changing anything in a few years.
I offer a bunch of random products that could better. If I open another mega department store in the same city, it will default to selling only beds. I let it run for about 5 months and up until that time it only sold 2 beds...

Hi,
I’m also having some of this issues too so I have been troubleshooting the supply chain. One of the things I found is that I “believe” not sure exactly but the coo won’t change products unless the current product is not in stock and a better product has a better rating an/or more stock. So if the beds are in stock it won’t change them.
Try increasing the pricing policy to make it more aggressive too. There may be a competitor that has a better deal price and stock so you would never sale a bed.

One store has a traffic rating of 13, that’s very low. Not much traffic walking into your store
