static Service Firms for DLC?

it just popped in my mind, never thought about and seems no one else did as most testers probably play with mods all the time but ...

what if player buy the Service Industry DLC but dont play with mods just the base game?
they wont have any Service Firms unless they start using a mod

shouldnt there be at least 2 generic service firms and 3 products for each with raws available in base game?

lets say a pizza hut or pizzeria or what ever you wanna call it and 3 different pizzas

aalami (MPIG, CHEESE, FLOUR)
ham (MCATTLE CHEESE, FLOUR)
Chicken (MCHICKEN, CHEESE FLOUR

and for the 2nd Building some sort of Fast Food shop lets say burgers and a milk shake?
Cheese Burger BUN, CORN, CHEESE
Hamburger ... BUN, MCATTLE, CHEESE
Milk Shake ... MILK, STRAWBEY

oh there is no cheese and no Burger Bun in base game of Capitalism Lab (didnt remeber as i did play so many different versions and all i remember there was cheese and Hamburger Bun in base game at least capitalism Plus had it)
anyway easy to add to food
CHEESE ... made from MILK
BUN .... made from FLOUR

just a quick throw together to work with whats available in base game uh yeah i was sure cheese and burger buns have been in the base game at one stage but you got to have this for pizza/burgers anyway

for modding wont change much, except that we probably just delete 2 building entries in the buildings.dbf

You have already in the base game + service industry dlc 4 service firms.
Pizzeria / Fast Food Joint / Cake Shop / Coffee Shop
