Import Quality Very Low (.26)

Loading MOD scenario which has these settings in the .txt file (in the MOD folder)

[IMPORTS]
Consumer Goods Seaports=2
Industrial Goods Seaports=2
Constant Import Supply=No
Import Quality=Very Low

Load scenario and then go to settings (F9) and see these:

1. Have I got these setting correct under [IMPORTS]?
2. When should these setting be applied?
3. BUG?

that is using 11.0.26 :shock:

Also the number of sea ports are not the same

The bug with the import quality script has been fixed in v11.0.27.

For the seaport number, I tested it and I didn't notice any issues. Could you please provide the details of the problem you encountered?
