how do the following pair of settings work with each other ?

Banking Focused Companies=
Insurance Focused Companies=

and

Number of AI Companies Focused on Banking=
Number of AI Companies Focused on Insurance=

Do they do the same thing ? albeit one asks for an amount above one the other is just none, low, high etc ?

also having trouble with this slider. it seems to adjust between 70 and 130 but 70 is with the bar half way full ? also should it match the script option which is 50-200 ?

You may influence how the game sets the business focuses of the AI companies by setting your preferred mix of business focuses using the following script lines. 
Given that there are other factors also affecting the AI business focuses, the game will attempt to set the AI business focuses following your preference whenever possible.

This will be fixed in the next version v6.5.08.

增加50%人才和100%人才 在开始选项的菜单里无法点击。问过5人，都无法点击，确认存在问题

还有一个问题，比如我工厂生产操作系统，但是点了内销以后，还是有竞争对手从我工厂里进货？这是为什么。

We will get this bug fixed in the next version 6.5.09.

Please try setting the "Default Internal Sale" to Enabled and build a new factory production line and see if you still encounter the problem.

我试着按照上述截图更改了默认内销，但是原来工厂的一些采购商并没有消失，还在继续采购，当我新建设一条生产线的是后，弹出了以下错误窗口。

From what I have seen changing it to internal/group sale doesn't stop existing customers, it only stops new ones buying from the factory

This no longer appears to work when in a script

Also

Using

Number of Cities=12 only gives 7

Edit lots of things not working, starting year doesn't work either. or more talents or simplified...
