I reported this issue previously, but the "Total New Cities to Emerge" feature is still not working properly.

Interestingly, I noticed the following behavior:

If I load a save file in which new cities fail to emerge, then start a new game, the issue persists and new cities still fail to emerge.
On the other hand, if I load a save file in which new cities emerge correctly, then start a new game, new cities continue to emerge as expected.

This makes me suspect that the issue may somehow persist across newly created games, although I don't know what is causing it.

To demonstrate this behavior, I recorded a video and uploaded it to YouTube. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look.

After updating to version 12.0.79, a message appears upon launch: "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your computer, check with the app publisher." Installed the update to version 12.0.77.The version 1.21 launcher works. On my PC windows 11.

1.创建二级子公司->三级子公司->四级子公司>五级子公司，然后五级子公司上市，二级子公司也上市，母公司卖光子公司股票后，三级子公司、四级子公司都没了，但是最后一个五级子公司还一直显示在股市账户列表中（图1），并且可以操作！（图2）
2.然后用五级子公司买二级子公司股票并控股后，还出现了四级子公司（即五级子公司的母公司）。（图3）
3.然后四级子公司卖出五级子公司股票，提示我掌控了五级子公司，可我并没有直接或间接持有任何一点五级子公司股票。（图4）

error message
1. enter into two or more supply contracts with the same factory.
2. demolish the suppling factory.
3. if you click on farm equipment in the farm, an error pops up.
* There is no problem if it is a single supply contract or supplies from different factories.
It also appears in new game.

I hope one it will fix the settings resetting every time an update is released, now there are even more things to click (no i dont want to do tutorials etc) as well as enabling all DLC's each time, turning off music, renabling mod, resetting default player name/company and all that
