Right now CMO has very limited functionality besides micro ads units, and increase ads unit level. It can't even help with improving corporate-owned media firm performances. The idea of limit total advertisement budget is a good one, but I wonder how AI would handle that if limit is set to too low.

CMO being able to manage media firms I think has been suggested and is sorely needed.

Ya, CMO really needs more functionality and at least be useful in media firms, otherwise currently it's not worth hiring for such salary IMO.
