Release Version of Capitalism Lab V12.0.82 now available

Hi David,

I think F7 broke somewhere along the way. It used to open the Layout Plan Library when I had a firm's detail screen open, but now it always brings up the Wealth & Business Score report instead.

Version: 12.0.82 (Windows)
MOD: none. I took all my mods out and it still happens.

How to reproduce:
1. Start a new game with no mod, any settings.
2. Build any firm and open its detail screen.
3. Press F7.

I get the Wealth & Business Score report every time. I tried a computer store, a department store and a workshop, so it's not limited to one firm type. It shows up immediately on a brand new game with no mods, so I didn't attach a save file.

Some things I already checked:
- Clicking the Layout Plan Library button works fine, so the feature itself is okay. It's only the hotkey.
- F6 still works properly in the same screen and opens the Firm Income Statement, so the game does know I'm looking at a firm.
- I clicked inside the firm window first to make sure it had focus. Same result.

One thing that might help narrow it down: in text\help.txt, F7 is listed twice. Line 510 has it on IF_L as "Layout Plan Library (hotkey: F7)", and line 1314 has it on I_SCORE as "Hotkey: F7". It looks like the score report side is winning in every case now, even inside the firm detail screen.

The shortcut keys page still says F7 should open the Layout Plan Library while viewing the firm detail screen, which is exactly how it used to behave.
