How to raise the utilization of tablet compuer's production?

Hi,

I just found my factory of tablet compuer always only has about 50% of utilization. I mean the production unit always only has about 50% of utilization. I have checked the units of material input and output sale and they are all fine and NOT overloaded. I tried to output the products directly to some high-demand retail stores and to some empty warehouse but always can not raise the production's utilization. Can somebody tell why? Is there some new mechanism in version 12 that makes the production utilization difficult to rise ?

Also, I found version 12 has a new feature of High-priced Products produced for more than one day. So is this caused by such new feature? Will such new feature lower production utilization? But my this tablet computer only set to about $100 for this factory's sale price.
