Bond Market Human Player Notification+Invest Opp
When new bonds are issued a pop-up (modifiable in settings turned on by default) should show up and give the human player the opportunity to invest. There's a ton of disadvantages that the human player have with this game compared to the AI which is why for the life of me I don't understand why the human player can't have a tender offer option.
