Starting Artworks in Galleries
This setting determines the percentage of artworks available in art galleries at the start of the game.

Art Value Growth Rate
This setting adjusts the overall growth rate of fine art market values.

Artist Price Trend Variation
This setting affects how varied the price trends for different artists can be in the game.

AI Persons' Interest in Art
This setting determines the percentage of AI persons who may open art galleries.

Economy's Impact on Art Prices
This setting defines how the overall economy (the GDP growth of all cities in the game) influences the price trends of all artworks.

Good set of difficulty options - maybe there should also be something else for Art transaction costs. If you trade art you might need to pay a fee, the amount of the fee could be changed in the difficulty settings.

Fees can normally be anything from 33% to 100% of the purchase price when you include buyers premiums, auction house fees, sellers commissions, insurance etc.
then there would be storage costs insurance etc when you own it

These are great ideas ^ hopefully this system will be expanded up as development continues to include luxury cars, boats, planes, custom (historical included) firearms etc!
