Add an automatic pause once AI Advanced start has finished

When the AI gets an advanced start, it is reasonable for most players to put the game on max speed to push through it. However when you get the Advanced Start has finished message:

The game continues at the same speed.

I think it should automatically pause the game when this happens.

The dev team commented that the popup box itself should serve the purpose of pausing the game as this popup box will does not have time out and the game will only continue after the player has clicked the [Ok] button.

I get what you mean by this, but the issue is more that as soon as you click Ok, the game is still running at full speed, which means you have to either quickly remember to stop or slow it down.
