And if any firm or government wants to build apartment or commercial builidng or retail firm, request developer for their building and developer operate Project financing from bank and request to construction company to build their building.
It will help users to joy the business in the real estate market.
also, please add something like project financing to enterprise construction and developing company more efficinetly and funny.

I do like the idea of a construction firm. It would be a good way to profit from building construction, similar to how the logistics firm allowed companies to profit from freight costs.

i would only be interest if it added realistic construction and demolition of stores, no more building 20 stores and all open immediately.. build 20 stores and they open in a years time...
