Prepare and Output FU missing in Manager's Guide.

I tried out the new service companies by setting up a pizzeria. Since I didn't know which Funtional Untis to use I selected a predfined layout from the library. Ok, it turned out to be Input -> Prepare -> Output.

When I tried to figure out what the different bars were in the Manager's Guide they weren't there! Well, I found Input but not Prepare and Output. Maybe they should be added too...
