AI can purchase a store inside an apartment/commercial building

If you put up a store For Sale inside of an Apartment/Commercial building an AI company can purchase it.

Also, I noticed that the AI is offering 10 million for this store - I am not sure if 10 million is a fair market price for a department store. Given that they normally only cost a few hundred thousand. Although it could also be other things like the training and purchase/sales units that also factor into the price.

The problem with letting the AI own the space is that I can easily destroy the building and blow up their investment without any compensation. So maybe it should be allowed but the AI should receive a payout if the player destroys the building.

I would say you should have to give the option to buy the building at market value before you can demolish it

that said it would probably make more sense for it being "lease" space like in malls, so the AI can lease it, then effectively you have to wait for the lease break to kick them out and demolish it.

Can you please explain how it was fixed? Does this stop retail stores being purchased if they inside apartments/commercial buildings?
