[11.0.19] Very laggy, unresponsive

So I haven't played this game in a long time, I think the last time was 8.00. This morning I've downloaded the latest beta release and I bought the new Service DLC. However, I find the game very laggy: the mouse is super slow (you should add a hardware/native option, because the cursor is hardly visible), and the WASD keys sometimes don't scroll the map very well, or the scrolling stops for no reason. Building anything is just a pain, as it's even worse with the customer trafic index layer on. Unplayable in its current state.

I also have a stable version, 9.15, that works perfectly fine.

Note that the game is laggy even from the main menu.

Please try the DirectDraw version of Capitalism Lab.

the only time the game is super lagy n slow is in cases when i activate the mod.sys with alt+G and alter a bunch of roads, the more i change the worse it gets, but its usually only at start of the game that i activate it to make a few changes and after turning that "gov mode" off the game is back on usual fast speed. (its not my gfx ... i got 16gb dedicated) but i wouldnt call it complaining, as theres rarely a need to access the "gov mode" guess the guys in the city hall have to sign tons of papers for all the changes am doing, so the game is a superslow in this mode eheh

Thanks, that fixed all the problems.

My fans are still getting quite high when running this game; and even when it's paused, so definitely graphics-related. I know those things are hard to optimise, but if there are any hidden graphics options (or solutions), I would like to try.
