I had to go through lots of trouble to buy the game, and it keeps giving me trouble to the point I am considering just refunding and playing something else.
1. The site kept asking me to refresh.
2. VAT value kept changing for no obvious reason.
3. For some reason it disagrees with my bank card, kept declining it (where it works fine everywhere else). I found some hack involving virtual CC to make it work.
So I managed to buy the bundle with all DLCs I found on the site, when I clicked on the "buy game" button.
Start game and... nope, I don't have all DLCs. There are more DLCs that are nowhere on the site. But I can't reuse the virtual CC to buy the rest because of the value limit that was set.
I know you don't want to sell on Gog or Steam because you want to use your heavy-handed online DRM, but at least make sure your sales system works. How people even buy the newer DLCs that aren't mentioned anywhere?
Seriously, where are the purchase links?

Re: Seriously, where are the purchase links?
Please note that we use FastSpring (https://www.fastspring.com/) for payment processing and fulfillment. It would be helpful if you could provide more details, such as a screenshot, regarding the following issues:
1. The site kept prompting me to refresh.
2. The VAT value kept changing without any clear reason.
I will follow up with FastSpring on these matters.
If anyone else has encountered similar issues, please let me know as well.
