2 questions to version 10 issues i got

finally i moved from old v4.5 post release to v10 and got at first happy about the active AIs now

well maybe too active as no matter what you do they launch right after you exactly the same product to make price war even on farming crap. not very clver if theres no product out at the start of the game and soo much products to launch that nobody is prodding/selling ... no it must be always your product right after you. is this intended to make your life incredible hard? and no i didnt set AI to very aggressive ... set them to mederate.
they of course launch other products too as they progres ... but you can watch it right after you drop a new product into the shops (lets say lifestock products ... there ll be a few AI companies open up a new farm a few days after to produce exactly that very same product.
anyway thats just a question on the side as i can live with that better then 60 companies sit tight on their money and dont do anything for a century hehe
main question is below about branding as this is a real issue.

2nd Branding?
has the brand awareness gained through sales been removed in v10 or earlier?
40+ sales of a product range and 0 brand rating after a few years???? thats impossible ... in v4.5 thats a constant 30-40 brand rating just from sales without spending on advertisement just from the huge amount of sales

then i did try hicking up some excessive advertisement spend a few million a month (more then the profit of course) fine brand raises fast ... turn advertisement down to 50k /month for the product range and still with 40+sales of that product range ... brand awareness drops by 1 point every 10 days back to ZERO and brand loyality stays also on ZERO for years havnt seen a single point at all on loyalty with qualy 100 across the board.

Increasing Brand Awareness
Brand awareness increases when:
• The brand has been advertised extensively. ... no pointless as brand rating drops fast back to Zero after stop spending
• The products using the brand have been sold for a long time. <<< yep whole range
• The products using the brand are widely distributed. <<< absolutely more then 50% of the 1 exsisting city is buying for years the whole Product range
• The customer base is large. <<< i am the absolute market leader and sell the whole product range

thats sad, loved my brand through massive sales as customer experience is still the best advertisement ... i give a damn on ads irl ad companies wouldbe useless around the globe if all would be like me lol

ofc selling a lot of trash in plenty shops gave a hell of a negative brand loyality which made it neccessary to upgrade quality to fix that ... now if the branding comes alone from advertisement ya can sell tons of trash wich stays at 0 brand and be competitive, i think the brand rating should still be effected by plain sales so you get a harsh hit on brand loyality if you flood the market with trash.
