Disabling media & real estate

Is it possible to disable ownership of media, and commercial/residential real estate? I'd like to play with something more akin to the original Cap2 experience, but I didn't see these two in settings anywhere.

It is not possible to do this, but the next best thing you could do is to use scripts to disable production of Media and Real Estate buildings. It won't stop the government and companies selling them to you or them building them either.

I think it would be an interesting feature to implement.

Basically it would be impossible to build Media and Real Estate (Government Only) and the Government would refuse to sell to any company.
