I had some trouble with service firms.
I opened 14 Pizza stores, I opened the first one normally, and I opened the others by duplicating.
When the 2nd floor of the 14th store was out of raw material I clicked it and the game kicked me to the desktop.
I sent the save file by e-mail.
This happened to me in version 10.0.25
