Poll for Potential Improvement of Placement of Apartments

After Maff's comment about implementation of improved apartment placing four years ago, I reread my original post. I conclude that I neglected to set the correct scenario. Although apartment placing may be better -- I'll take Maff's word for it -- I should have indicated I was referring to cases when I choose to place apts and commercial buildings around my retail business conglomerations or when I choose to add community facilities to housing districts. Having the influence circles will give me a better idea on how much an apt's appeal is affected by its placement close to other facilities like sports and community buildings and retail businesses.
