Be able to set brand strategy on setup screen

This is a small quibble but the way we set brand strategy in the game is counterintuitive and is still the way it was originally implemented by Trevor Chan. It is easy to forget to set it the way you want until you have been into a game for a while. My suggestion is that we be able to set brand strategy on the set up screen and still be able to change it in game as we can now. Please vote in the poll.

I would recommend that you create a poll for your suggestion to gauge the community's interest in it. There would be a higher chance that the dev team will implement it if the interest level is high.

Another approach is to just open the game and immediately get a popup to appear:

Choose your initial brand strategy.

Similar to the current way that the goal choices will popup when you start.
