Profitable Company is stuck at being nearly bankrupt

I have noticed in my game two very profitable companies I can acquire that appear to be nearly bankrupt:

Even more interesting - another company owns it and yet it tells me I can buy it out from under them. I tried it and it worked! I bought the company from them (the parent did get their money though).

Zip is attached, it is too big for one file so download all 3 files and rename to:

Acquire.z01
Acquire.z02

Open Acquire.zip after that.

This will be fixed in the next patches v9.1.72 and v10.1.02.
