R&D Center Locations
So I noticed in cities with low real wage compared to high wage growth research happens a lot faster in the high wage growth cities and the salaries are very close to the same. Do most folks put their r&d centers in the higher wage growth cities? Or am I mistaken in this? For example in my low wage growth all the employees in all the categories were in their 30's compared to 90's in a city with high wage growth.

I never knew that was the case! (to be fair I only play under the Greatly Simplified talent system so it is all set to 50 skill points)
But I thought it was a case of High Wages = Higher Talent Skill. Lower Wages = Lower Talent Skill? Wage growth I thought was higher for low wage rate cities and lower for high wage cities (in general, though I suspect City Simulator makes it more complex).

I don't care about that, when it's me who places (and not my CEO), I place in the city with the lowest salary (real wage)
