Hello David,
I am translating the images into Brazilian Portuguese using the website
https://www.photopea.com/
However, in the attached files I am unable to select the text.
- In the file acc_win.psd = Unable to translate the word "Congratulations"
- In the Accomplishment.psd and Accomplishment_s.psd files = Unable to translate the word "Accomplishment"
- In the NewCityDev.psd file = I was also unable to select the text for translation.

You can find a readme.pdf file in the CapLab_image_sources_for_translation.zip and it explains that.

These two files have the same problem, which I mentioned earlier. Cannot select text.

Just for the record, I have now managed to translate these images.
With the new files updated in this post.

The two images I mentioned still have the same problem.
The source didn't come so I could translate it.

could you make the banner of the scenarios available in psy format with the sources so that we can translate it?
The following scenarios are not translated:
- City Economic Simulation DLC : Profit with Purpos
- BANKING AND FINANCE DLC : ALL
- SERVICE INDUSTRY DLC : ALL
- Base game scenarios : Luxury Goods Empire, Eletric Car Pioneer
