I deleting CONFIG.DAT, it's not resolve the problem.

Bug LogoRes :: operator[]
I added a few new logos/pictures to my mod and chose these new logos/pictures for my player,
the game crashes with a LogoRes::operator[] message.
I deleting CONFIG.DAT, it's not resolve the problem.
I use Capitalism Lab V. 9.1.16
