Bugs found in patch 1.98

1. Apartment images are mixed again (1. attachment)
2. When scrolling with the mouse wheel the zoom level changes (2. attachment)
3. Layout plan bug - When double clicking on an empty slot, then clicking on the layout plan button and then clicking exit you see (3. attachment)
4. R&D Center bug (4. attachment)
5. When Auto-Save in game options is Disabled, each 5 minutes I can see that Capitalism Lab is saying that it is auto-saving the game, when in reality nothings gets saved.
6. When clicking on the Layout Plan button, the Exit button appears first.

Bugs #1-#4 are fixed in patch 1.981.

Would need more details on bug #5 and #6.

Bug #5, So when in Options (O), you have disabled the Auto-Save option, then each 5 minutes you see a regular small message appear, which says "Challenge game auto-save", but it only stays there for 1 second, then dissapears.
Bug #6, When you click on the layout plan button, the first thing that appears is the Exit button, but everything else loads 1 second after that Exit button.
