COO, CTO, CMO not asking for raise but instant resigning.

I am playing on the newest version of the game with all DLC enabled and Real World mod 12.0 (Services).

Every year after hiring a COO, CTO or CMO, instead of asking for a raise they instant hit me with the resignation card:

When i offer them a new salary, even going double or triple what they earn(ed) they will reject and resign.
I can hire them again right after their resignation even on a lower salary then i offered in the raise.

We have just released a new patch v8.1.10 with the improvement in the mechanism of the offering a salary raise to an executive who intends to resign.

When an executive has handed over the resignation letter to you, in the previous version, you have to make a guess about how much salary raise will be enough to retaining the executive and set the new salary with [+][-] buttons. In this version, the minimum salary required to retain the executive is automatically suggested to you. You only have to make the decision whether you want to raise that much salary or let the executive go.
