- Not sure if this matters, but I did headhunt these guys originally near the start of the game when the AI still had them at 30 loyalty.
- For almost a decade they were safe at about 80.5% loyalty and training turned off
- As soon as I turned training on, I bumped loyalty above 90%. I also hired a CTO at this time and set him in charge. In less than a month, the AI was able to headhunt two of them. I can see that the 3 guys remaining all still have loyalty at about 89% (skill of 35) so I doubt the other 2 fell all the way down below 80% in such a short time.
- Interestingly, after being headhunted, the loyalty displayed at my competitors firm is 71%... I cant understand how thats possible if they headhunted them. Shouldnt they have given them a huge raise pushing them over 100%?
Sometimes I mess up the salaries and I have to deduct to fix it. Maybe this creates some sort of number clipping bug that doesnt show right in the UI? Something like this: I generally set my salary increase to 6% but when the game loads it sets the salary increase to 50% automatically. It doesnt save the 6% I set prior. What happens is I sometimes I forget to change that and I might click the "raise salary" button and overshoot over 100% accidentally. I then roll back the salary below 100% to fix my click error. I am thinking that maybe there is a bug in here. However, I obviously dont do this often nor am I certain that I did that with the micro-blog researchers. So this may be nothing.
