Eyedropper mode for building construction

To select a building, each time you need to go to the construction menu and make a few more clicks in it.
The offer to enter a hot key to select the desired building in one click (if the building you are interested in is already on the city map, you need to move the mouse cursor over it and press the hot key). Thus, the building will become available for construction immediately without selecting the construction menu. This will help reduce the number of repetitive actions in the game.
