When starting as a private company and using the "Percentage of Player Capital Funded by Bond" feature, the percentage applied is only half: i.e 80% funded by bond for Moderate Start-up capital is a 40 Million and not a 80 Million bond. This bug does not occur when starting as public company.
EDIT: Only seems to happen when the City Economic Simulation DLC is disabled
