Please Add: Issuing Bonds by Typing Amount of Dollars

I don't know if this feature exists but if it doesn't it seriously needs to be implemented since it takes too long waiting to reach the correct amount to be issued by holding the plus button. I issue bonds above $100 billion.

For increase and decrease buttons: you can hold SHIFT key while clicking for 10X speed. Hold CTRL key while clicking for 100X speed.
